For more than 30 years, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library has mailed free books directly to children from birth through age five.
It's one of the simplest literacy programs imaginable:
A child. A book. Every month.
But, in the last year, the funding that helps make those books possible has been cut, eliminated, or threatened in several states.
This is an excellent opportunity to help us ensure that we continue the legacy of Dolly Parton for years to come and let our state legislators know that we love the Imagination Library and want to see it funded!
