At the February 17th Mohave County Board of Supervisors meeting, Supervisor Gould motioned to pause the acceptance of donations for 30 days. This would allow his staff to determine if THEY believe certain books are appropriate for the library's collection. The board approved his motion unanimously.

At the upcoming meeting on March 2nd, Supervisor Gould is proposing to remove a total of 20 library books.

Send an email to urge the Mohave County Board of Supervisors to accept all library donations 'as is’, enabling staff to resume the board-approved process for reviewing and adding new materials.
