• Preventing book bans based on the identity of the author or the ideas contained in a book
• Clearly defining obscenity according to state and federal law
• Protect librarians and other public servants from harassment, threats, doxing, and violence
• Prevent professional retaliation against librarians and public servants who follow anti-censorship policies

But Governor Lombardo still has to act. Please tell the Governor to sign AB416 today.
